At
AGL Surveys, we use the very latest in Leica technology.
With Key personnel trained in the use of the Leica Smartrover,
GPS surveys have never been so easy. With Smartrover technology,
there’s no need for 2 man surveying, it’s all
done one man, thus reducing operator fatigue and maximising
site productivity.
Using OSGB36 with GPS technology, all points recorded and
surveys undertaken are to Ordnance Survey Grid. So whether
the sites an open field or built up site needing spot levels,
trees positions, footpaths, kerb lines, walls, boundary fencing
and manhole drainage cover location, using the GPS Smartrover
plots all features to Ordnance Survey grid. We can also relate
all the data captured to any given grid to the clients requirements.
Once the survey is complete, all data collected is then transferred
from the Smartrover and converted using N4ce software which
can then be outputted to a number of different formats to
suit the client’s needs; Dwg, Dgn and Pdf are just a
few options.
All our drawings are quality control checked before being
issued to the client, as hard copy (paper) and on cd along
with site photographs for reference.
